Navigating through Datamede was somewhat a complex yet exciting journey. Over time, they've fine-tuned an impressive product that stands out in the market.
Our main task? To step in and amplify its brilliance, ensuring that the world not only sees it for the value that it offers. We had to convey the product developments and the innovations that Datamede has been able to make in the charge automation industry.
“Datamede is transforming your billing process with automated charge capture technology! .”
While the initial branding carried a legacy feel for Datamede, it had its loose ends. The branding used earlier was a testament to their journey and their roots in the industry, it had a sense of connection and recognition amongst their ideal consumer. Hence, we decided not strip it down completely and capitalise on what we have.
This might seem to be an amazing point to start, it also brought upon us a challenge of keeping Datamede relevant to its target consumer base and in the ever evolving market dynamics, in order to stay ahead of the curve. And at Pixeto, we love a challenge
With all of the information that we gathered so far, our goal was clear: elevate Datamede’s sophistication. We wanted to ensure that while the essence remained intact, the brand felt fresh, modern, and in step with the times. Our mission was clear, partnership stood as a strong pillar for us. Working closely with the Datamede team, we embarked on a collaborative rebranding journey. It wasn't about changing who they were, but about enhancing their image to resonate with today's audience.
The outcome? A logo that's sharper, encapsulating both their legacy and their forward-thinking approach. Colours that aren't just trendy but tell a story of reliability and trust. And illustrations that breathe life, energy, and innovation into every interaction.

Datamede’s logo was a tricky one to tackle. When we stepped in, the client had already envisioned the stethoscope representing the letter "D" and a graph embedded within the "M". While we appreciated this innovative approach, we believed a little refinement would increase its impact. Juggling two distinctive symbols within the logo could simply dilute its essence, possibly making it less memorable for viewers. To enhance brand recall, we decided to streamline: retaining the stethoscope-inspired "D" but simplifying the overall design. Additionally, we introduced a green hue for the "e", ensuring that "Datamede" is pronounced correctly and is not mistaken for "Datamedi" or other competitors in the industry called “Datamede”
