Gaia is a data visualization and insights platform designed to empower corporate executives with instant, actionable intelligence, no need to depend on data engineers or long reporting cycles. Their product was powerful, but they lacked the clarity and design finesse to make that power feel accessible and compelling to decision-makers.
When Gaia reached out, they weren’t sure if we could deliver the level of polish and user-centricity they needed. By the end, they were blown away.
Gaia’s core product was impressive, but its interface and user experience were falling short. Especially for their target audience: C-level executives who value speed, clarity, and simplicity.
The team needed more than just a visual upgrade—they needed a full rethink of how to present insights in a way that felt calm, intelligent, and effortless to navigate.
We began by deeply understanding the end users: how executives think, how they interact with dashboards, and what their expectations are from high-stakes tools. We then immersed ourselves in Gaia’s product to identify the key features that would drive executive engagement.
Visually, we crafted a calm and intelligent design system using a palette of muted greens and off whites. Colors that evoked trust, growth, and clarity. Subtle animations added a layer of smoothness and speed, reinforcing the product’s real-time intelligence.Beyond branding, we led the full UI/UX redesign of Gaia’s mobile app, mapping out all user flows, working closely with their dev team to align functionality with design, and delivering an interface that was both beautiful and practical.
The redesign exceeded expectations:
As the founder put it, “You completely knocked it out of the park.” Gaia now has a product experience that lives up to its vision—and one that executives actually enjoy using.
