Overview

WhizAI is a fast growing AI platform that delivers contextual insights to the pharmaceutical industry. Despite having a powerful and highly differentiated product, their brand identity and website were failing to match their momentum.

They reached out to us for a complete brand overhaul and a scalable, easy to manage website experience that would support their next phase of growth.


Challenge

WhizAI’s existing logo was overly complex and visually cluttered, making it difficult to recognize or scale. Their website, built on a tangled WordPress backend, required developer assistance for even the smallest updates, slowing down their marketing and content workflows.

More importantly, their visual identity lacked clarity. It didn’t resonate with their enterprise pharma audience or reflect the intelligent, high tech nature of their platform.

The brand was costing them opportunities with every touchpoint.


Solution

We began by simplifying the logo. Retaining their original brain icon concept but stripping it back to a more legible, modern form. After exploring multiple directions, we aligned on a mark that balanced intelligence with simplicity. It was a mutual win: the team kept their symbolic equity, and we delivered a design that could finally scale.

From there, we facilitated a series of collaborative branding exercises with their leadership that included moodboards, stylescapes, and creative exploration to lock down the right visual language. The final direction leaned into a palette of blues, turquoise, and cyan colors that felt clean, credible, and advanced, without veering into overly clinical or typical "medical tech" tropes.

We expanded this into a complete brand system and executed a robust, high-performance Webflow website. The structure accommodated their large content footprint without feeling overwhelming, and more importantly, it was fully editable by their in house team, no developers needed.
