Overview

Klearmind, a mental health clinic specializing in personalized ketamine treatments, came to us with a pressing challenge. While their medical expertise and patient care were exceptional, their digital presence told a different story. Their existing website lacked clarity, empathy, and aesthetic direction. The three elements critical for a brand that deals with vulnerable, sensitive patients seeking hope and healing.

Our mission was clear, rebuild the brand identity and online experience from the ground up to make every visitor feel seen, safe, and supported, while positioning Klearmind as a modern, trustworthy pioneer in the psychedelic mental wellness space.

The Challenge

Patients visiting the site are often in distress or looking for clarity, felt overwhelmed and uninspired. For a service deeply rooted in empathy and transformation, this disconnect was unacceptable.While the initial branding carried a legacy feel for Datamede, it had its loose ends. The branding used earlier was a testament to their journey and their roots in the industry, it had a sense of connection and recognition amongst their ideal consumer. Hence, we decided not strip it down completely and capitalise on what we have.

We needed to design a brand identity and web experience that felt calming, elegant, and emotionally intelligent while still instilling confidence and professionalism. The challenge wasn’t just design, it was emotional resonance.

Impact

Beyond aesthetics, the new site was built to work. We introduced a patient survey as the primary lead generation touchpoint, framing the journey around the patient, not the clinic. An embedded AI agent, trained to handle 90% of common inquiries, now supports patients in real-time, saving hours of manual response time and streamlining the intake process.

Solution

We began with deep immersion. Our team sifted through Klearmind’s SOPs, patient onboarding docs, and internal research to understand not just the treatment, but the emotional journey of each patient. Through multiple conversations and discovery sessions, we formed a clear creative direction, that was warm, organic, reassuring and modern treatment.With all of the information that we gathered so far, our goal was clear: elevate Datamede’s sophistication. We wanted to ensure that while the essence remained intact, the brand felt fresh, modern, and in step with the times. Our mission was clear, partnership stood as a strong pillar for us. Working closely with the Datamede team, we embarked on a collaborative rebranding journey. It wasn't about changing who they were, but about enhancing their image to resonate with today's audience. 

We refined Klearmind’s logo to resolve structural flaws and introduced a new, elegant wordmark. The brand identity took shape through warm, earthy tones, soft typographic choices, and emotionally attuned photography. To further humanize the experience, we used AI tools to generate custom visual assets that echoed the emotional clarity patients seek post-treatment.

Conclusion

Klearmind's transformation wasn’t just visual, it was emotional and operational. The new brand and website don’t just inform, they comfort. They don’t just convert, they connect. For a clinic that helps people feel whole again, we delivered a brand experience that finally feels the same.
