Flat, forgettable, and slow to grow. Far from the cutting edge technology they built. We crafted a sharp, dimensional site with subtle motion and hierarchy, shipped fast and polished to match Invary’s sophistication.
Overview

Invary, a cybersecurity startup focused on runtime integrity, approached us with a clear ask that their website felt flat, uninspired, and was due for expansion.

They wanted a refreshed visual direction. Something dimensional and modern, but not over the top or fully 3D. The goal was subtle visual depth that matched their technical sophistication without overwhelming users.

The Challenge

“We want to add some dimension but not completly 3D"

The existing design lacked hierarchy and energy. While the product was cutting-edge, the website didn’t reflect that innovation. The founder was clear: “We want to add some dimension but not completly 3D” On top of that, new pages needed to be added, and they had a tight timeline to launch.

Solution

We skipped traditional wireframes and jumped straight into moodboarding and visual prototyping. Our north star was moderndepth with restraint. Using a combination of Blender for base 3D elements and Rive for dynamic motion, we created a hero section that introduced dimensionality without distractingThe layered result gave the homepage energy and clarity, moving visuals that felt technical and polished, yet light on load and clutter.

Website

The rest of the site followed a clean, efficient structure. We laid out new pages in record time, using updated visual guidelines and atomic design logic. Most of our effort went into building and optimizing the animated assets, but even with that, we shipped the full site in just 1.5 months, a new internal benchmark.

Impact

A fast, striking, and more expressive website that better communicates Invary’s cutting-edge value. The client was thrilled, user feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and our team walked away with powerful new skills in combining static and interactive 3D tooling.
