3. What is your typical project timeline?
Our timelines range between 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the project scope, number of pages, complexity, and the speed of collaboration.
4. What is your pricing model?
We offer flexible pricing depending on the engagement type hourly billing, monthly retainers, and fixed one-time project pricing for well-defined scopes.
5. Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We regularly work under NDAs and are happy to sign one before discussing your project.
6. What deliverables will I receive?
Deliverables vary by service but typically include:

- UI/UX Design Systems in Figma
- Webflow Development
- Training & Handover
- Additional service-specific documentation or assets
7. Can you redesign an existing product?
Absolutely. We frequently revamp existing websites and digital products, improving usability, elevating brand recall, strengthening messaging, and modernizing the overall experience.
8. How many rounds of revisions do you provide?
We typically include 2–3 structured revision rounds to ensure the work aligns perfectly with your expectations.
9. How do we communicate during the project?
We use recurring video check-ins and Slack for fast, transparent, day-to-day communication. (We’re not big fans of long email threads.)
10. Will I own the final design and assets?
Yes. Once the project is complete and fully paid for, you own 100% of the final designs and assets.
11. Can you help with branding and messaging?
Yes. We provide both visual branding and brand messaging support to ensure your positioning is clear, consistent, and compelling.
